"ACTS OF TREASON"

There is a growing sentiment that Obama should be impeached for "High Crimes and Misdemeanors," as well as for being a CROOK and a CRIMINAL.

we have a President who allows our borders to be violated by illegals of any country while we are at war.

There is enough evidence presented to Congress to arrest him and prosecute him for an Act of War against the nation of Mexico, accessory to murder of thousands of innocent citizens in Mexico and America as well as the murder of United States Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. Resign??

Besides sending illegal guns to Mexico, Holder and Obama sold guns to criminal street gangs inside the United States where the guns will be used inside the United States. It will take years to find the thousands of guns these criminals sold to killers.

Eric Holder and his criminal operatives in his office and the Department of Justice need to be dragged out in handcuffs, jailed with no bail and put on trial with a jury of American citizens who are not federal government employees.


He allows them work permits, access to our services and when apprehended by law enforcement refuses to have them jailed or deported.

Barack Hussein Obama has crossed the line, and under Article III, Section 3 of our Constitution is guilty of treason by giving aid and comfort to the enemy and attempting to overthrow our government from within.

Now is the time for members of Congress,to finally do your Constitutional duty and hold Barack Hussein Obama accountable for his crimes against America.

Mr. Obama is a fraudulent president who is selling out America.

It’s time Mr. Obama is called accountable for his treasonous actions.

But first, what are "high crimes and misdemeanors?"

High crimes and misdemeanors is a phrase that comes from the U. S. Constitution; Article Two, Section 4 which states: "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."

Treason Law & Legal Definition

A person commits the crime of treason if he levies war against his state or country or sides to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

Treason is a crime under federal and some state laws. Treason is made a high crime, punishable by death, under federal law by Article III, section 3 of the U.S. Constitution: "Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort."

Under this article of the Constitution, no person shall be convicted of treason, unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. Treason requires overt acts such as giving sensitive government security secrets to other countries, even if such countries are not enemies.

Treason can include spying on behalf of a foreign power or divulging military secrets.

The majority of states outlaw treason in their constitutions or statutes similar to those in the U.S. Constitution. There have been only two successful prosecutions for treason on the state level, that of Thomas Dorr in Rhode Island and that of John Brown in Virginia


The word "high" in legal-speak from the 18th century simply means "against the State."

A "high crime" is one wherein the "impeached" officer of the United States seeks the overthrow of the country, or a high crime which gives aid or comfort to our country's enemies, or a high crime which injures the country to the profit of an individual or group. In democracies it also includes crimes which attempt to alter the outcome of elections. It is the "which injures the country to the profit of an individual or group"that many now believe is the reason to impeach Obama due to his wanton disregard for the taxpayer's money that "injured" our country to the profit of an individual or group.

These individuals and groups being:

1. George Kaiser and Solyndra

2. Phil Falcone and Light Squared

More and more people are finding Obama's failed leadership, to be a "Culture of Corruption" typical of "Chicago Style Politics" and no different than a Chicago Thug, CROOK and CRIMINAL.

Obama should be impeached for placing his friend's company; Light Squared, AHEAD of America's national security and for "Subornation of Perjury" or General William Shelton who is the Commander of the U.S. Air Force Space Command.

Subornation of Perjury is a legal phrase/term that describes the crime of persuading someone to commit perjury. The subornation of perjury occurred when someone above General Shelton's pay grade, and rank, pressured him into changing his congressional testimony to make it more favorable to the company of a major Democratic donor - which also happens to be Obama buddy, political cronie and billionaire investor Phil Falcone, regarding his company; "Light Squared."


In the case of Light Squared, it is believed that Obama himself, or one of Obama's thugs at Obama's direction, "pressured" Air Force General William Shelton, to change his testimony regarding Obama's friend's company, Light Squared (which is owned by Harbinger Capital, a hedge fund, and led by Obama buddy and billionaire investor Phil Falcone). Light Squared is a cell phone/broadband technology company) which uses a radio frequency that interferes with our nation's national security and our military's GPS (global positioning system) system.

In yet another of Obama's criminal undertakings, he directed $527 million of tax-payer's money, to go to yet another one of his cronies' company's, this time, to Solyndra, a Fremont, California based solar company. Within 2 years of receiving the $527 million in taxpayer funding, Solyndra declared bankruptcy on Aug. 31, 2011, putting 1,100 employees out of work, cheating (screwing) taxpayers out of $527 million.

George Kaiser, a democrat, is Obama's leading fundraiser, and owner/chief investor of Solyndra. George Kaiser - as Obama's top fundraiser for Obama, met with Obama in the White House 4 times in 2009 before his company received $527 million in tax-payer funding.

Before Kaiser's company received the $527 million in taxpayer funding, his application was REJECTED by the Bush Administration and REJECTED by Obama's own Department of Energy. Two years ago, before receiving $527 million in taxpayer funding, Obama's own Department of Energy stated this was a "failed company with a failed product" and the company would be bankrupt by September 2011!!!! Even with this information, Obama "directed" Kaiser's company to receive the the loan was approved.

The Obama "swamp" is OVERFLOWING in the toxic soup of "Chicago Style Politics" led by the corrupt National Socialists; Barack Hussein Obama and his billionaire buddies, cronies, and radical unions - with their "Culture of Corruption" running rampant and is destroying our country. "Pay-to-Play" and "pay for access" has corrupted the radical leftists and national socialists while our country is going down the drain.

Does this not make Obama a Chicago thug, crook, criminal, and a disgrace to the office of the president? We seriously doubt Obama will be elected to a 2nd term, not because his true colors are shining through as a radical, National Socialist from the extreme left wing of the democrat party, but because he may well be impeached long before next year's election, for "High Crimes and Misdemeanors!"

If they were really Americans and believed in the US Constitution, they would conduct themselves in accordance with the laws of the Nation.
